The convenience of having a bar/lounge area and restaurant on-site made networking dinners effortless. the welcome drink and snack bar were thoughtful touches, perfect for unwinding after a long day of meetings. the fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to sneak in a workout before tackling my work tasks. While the indoor swimming pool was a bit underwhelming, the cleanliness and functionality of the facilities made up for it. the staff's professionalism and efficiency in handling dry cleaning services were commendable. For business travelers looking for a comfortable stay with excellent business amenities, Hyatt House is a solid choice in NYC.
